Hyperbands® Hipbands are designed to activate hip and glutes muscles. They can help on improving the technique on specific strength training exercises – during squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts and glute bridges – forcing the athlete to push outwards during the exercise. Hyperbands® Hipbands can also be used for a variety of exercises like hip external rotations, hip abductions, side-walks, kickbacks and more. They are made of superior quality cloth-elastic material and are available in 2 different sizes: Medium and Large, both in Blue color.
